COCEMFE Sevilla celebrates the last annual technical meeting of Digit2Me

In order to review the achievements during the first year of the European project: ‘Digital Mentoring for young people with disabilities in rural areas: Improve my skills for an independent life; Improve my future’, Digit2Me, the Provincial Federation of Associations of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities of Seville coordinated last Monday 23rd December the last technical meeting of the project in 2024.

Likewise, during this virtual meeting, the challenges to be faced during the new year 2025 were analysed by the consortium of entities that are part of the project, which are our federation COCEMFE Seville, as coordinator, SUPPORT GIRONA; both belonging to Spain. As well as the entity OZARA from Slovenia, the University of Antalya, Turkey, the entity CONSORZIO SGS GLOBAL MED CARE from Italy, LEB eV from Germany and BETI INSTITUTE from Lithuania.

Among the outstanding results of 2024 in Digit2Me are the finalisation of the state of the art research document that has occupied the early stages of this project and which also includes some examples of good practices related to mentoring processes.

It is essential to mention that this document will be available from the beginning of February 2025 within the project’s web platform, which can be accessed through the following link: https://www.digit2me.eu/es/inicio/

Regarding the above mentioned platform, its construction is still evolving.

From the Provincial Federation we would like to inform that soon the design and elaboration of the MOOC format course will start, whose contents will include training in digital mentoring, thanks to the fact that the curriculum that has been worked on during the last months is in its final phase of production. The consortium has managed to finish the year on time and on target.

Finally, for COCEMFE Seville, it is essential to continue reporting during 2025 on the progress of this and each of the European projects that have a positive impact on people with disabilities in Seville and its province.
