The course of the ‘Ready Women’ programme to boost the job search of women with disabilities begins.

The Provincial Federation of Associations of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities of Seville (COCEMFE Seville) has started this Tuesday a blended learning course of the program ‘Ready Women‘ called ‘Employment opportunities for women with disabilities’, at the headquarters of the entity, aimed at the training of this vulnerable group.

‘Ready Women‘ is a project co-financed by Erasmus Plus of the European Union and coordinated by the Federation.

The course has a total duration of 65 hours, 28 face-to-face and 37 online, taught by gender and employment professionals. With this training action, women participants will enhance their job search with effective tools, learn concepts related to equal opportunities and personal assistance for independent living, develop ICT skills for new jobs and resources for setting up a business, as well as communication and stress management skills.
