The aim of READY WOMEN project is to offer new opportunities and innovative instruments to adult women with disabilities (mainly physical and sensorial disabilities) for improving their qualifications and thus their levels of employability and integration into the labour market.

The added value of this project is to achieve a social inclusion of these women who suffer double social discrimination, due to gender and disability reasons, by improving their opportunities for employability and social skills.

In this first meeting, the partnership will establish the basis of previous qualitative research as well as the methodology and contents of the transnational training action for the expert committee that will design the program’s strategy.

The next transnational meeting will take place in Turin during the first week of July 2019, coordinated by the Istituto dei Sordi di Torino.
