This program aims to offer new opportunities and innovative instruments to women with disabilities, mainly those with physical, organic and sensory disabilities, to improve their qualifications, as well as their employability and integration in the labor market, through training actions aimed at new yields of employment and emerging sectors.

To improve social inclusion of women with disabilities, it will be necessary to consider basic skills and transversal skills such as autonomy, self-leadership, proactivity, etc.
